Nature’s Confluence

Located in an idyllic setting, this conference hall encourages the idea that working close to nature increases one`s efficiency, creativity and general well-being.
A complex system of rivers, lakes and ponds spread across the area, adding to its beauty. This is the reason why we decided to preserve the mill on the site and to transform it into the centre point of the composition. Although it is no longer functional, it now hosts the lounge area.
Because a part of the building advances into the water, the guests can admire the pond from the docks or go for a swim,
As we did not want to disturb the beauty and peacefulness of the place, we chose a traditional architectural language that uses local materials and building techniques. As a result, the construction looks more like a cabin than a conference room, inviting visitors to socialize and to reconnect with nature.
