This single-family residence is reinterpreted in a contemporary manner, for an urban environment. Glazed surfaces open the ground floor to the garden and brighten the upstairs with plenty of sunlight.
The layout follows a classical plan, with the living area on the ground floor and three bedrooms accommodated on the second floor.
