M House
Since our very first meeting, the owners have expressed their interest for functional spaces closely connected to their lifestyle, practical in serving their needs but leaving room for effortless movement.
The resulting spaces are fluid and the circulation has been reduced to a minimum.
The volumetry assists and completes the function of the interior, both through its compact design and its interconnectedness of interior – exterior spaces. The link between the two is emphasized by large glazed surfaces for the main spaces, terraces and large balconies.
The minimalist volume is complemented by a clearly defined chromatic, where the wood plating of the ground floor contrasts with the intense white of the second floor.
The entire building develops horizontally, along visible lines.
In addition, the house constructs a subtle dialogue with its surroundings, without hindering the indispensable need for privacy.
