Hill House concept is a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean architecture that seamlessly merges traditional elements with modern design principles. Inspired by classic Mediterranean homes, Hill House features stucco exteriors, arched openings, and low-pitched clay tile roofs, all treated in a faithful yet modern approach.

The primary design objective was to maximize livable space and natural light, resulting in a structure that reflects a modern interpretation of traditional Mediterranean forms.

Inside, Hill House boasts an open-concept living space that effortlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and family room, creating an ideal environment for entertaining and connectivity. A large kitchen island maximizes workspace, while nearby pantries offer ample storage solutions.

True to Mediterranean style, Hill House showcases stone accents on its exterior, and nearly every side of the home boasts a covered porch for outdoor enjoyment. The signature low-pitched, terra-cotta roof and light cream or off-white exterior paint complete the classic Mediterranean look.
